daddy got new shoes…

So my pair of Piloti DTM’s just arrived:

These bad boys come equipped with a spherical heel and reinforced laterals for fancy footwork behind the wheel. I’ve yet to try them out on the road but hope to later this week — or maybe even on the way to work tomorrow just for kicks (pun intended obviously.) I had the option to go with a bit more subdued coloring but opted to go with the tricolor. I think they’re pretty snazzy, which I’m sure will help them perform better.
