the ascent in covington
Above is a gloomy day picture of one of the most unique buildings in the Cincinnati-Covington-Newport area, which looks quite menacing in this light. This building would be my dream home if I could afford it. Pictured on the site are some amazing interior shots of the Pinnacle Penthouse. While I really don’t know what I’d do with the space, I think it would be an experience just to live in the building. It looks like there are a fair number of open units apparently priced between 395,000 and 4.5MM for the Pinnacle Penthouse. Maybe some day I’ll Ascend?
